How do I use Sea moss?

Sea moss is an amazing nutritionally packed replacement for thickening agents and binders such as soy lecithin, gelatine, corn starch, and egg yolks. You can use sea moss in your smoothies, perfect for raw dessert recipes such as raw cheesecakes, whipped cream, mousse, non-dairy ice cream, sauces, dressings, jams, puddings, and chutneys. It can be used in teas and juices.

Sea moss can also be used topically. You can add it to your bath to give your skin a good mineral healing and hydrating treatment.

What size are your jars?
